Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of EZ Signals and ez-signals.com (the “Service”). By purchasing, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our indicators, signals, bot, and course for your own individual use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the Service.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Certain products are billed as recurring subscriptions. By subscribing you authorize us and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with notice.

4. Refunds

Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy.

5. Access

Access to indicators (via TradingView), the bot, Discord, and course content is provided after payment and depends on accurate account details you provide. We may suspend or revoke access if payment lapses or these Terms are breached.

6. No financial advice

The Service is educational and does not constitute financial advice. Our Risk Disclaimer is incorporated into these Terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EZ Signals and its owner shall not be liable for any trading losses or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EZ Signals from any claims arising out of your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
