Digital products & instant access
Our products — indicators, the automated trading bot, the Discord community, and the course — are digital and grant immediate access upon payment. Because access is delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel any time to stop future billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for the current period.
Course
The “Trading Time & Price” course is a one-time purchase granting lifetime access. Because access is delivered immediately, it is non-refundable once access has been granted.
Exceptional cases
If you believe you were charged in error or have a special circumstance, contact our Discord community and we will review your request in good faith.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve any issue directly.
